Return Policy

Here at Sakura Creations we strive to make sure that you have the product you are hoping for when you receive it, So with that being said we have a 3 day return policy!

Once you receive an item from Sakura Creations, if you don't like the item that you received you can send it back within 3 days and get a full refund. After that 3rd day you have the option to keep the item or send it back.

If an item is shipped to you and ends up damaged intransit, we at Sakura Creations will gladly make you a new item if we have the correct materials. If we don't have the correct materials to duplicate the item  then we will make you another of your choice!
